<b>Description</b>
Ragara Shalia is of average height, or perhaps even a few hairs under average height. Though a bit small perhaps she is fit from constant excercise. Her hair hangs down to her rear and is the colour of red flames though her skin has only the lightest of tans. Though remarkably attractive she doesn't spend much time on her looks. Her clothing having a thrown on look to it most of the time. Also red. She dresses in all reds. Sometimes different shades of it but always in red.
Personality wise she seems the classic fire aspect. Tempermental she can flare up or lose interest at a moments notice. That of course is only for flickering whims in her life. When she commits herself she throws herself into that committment with all the energy of her nature. She tends to treat most things in life as a competition.
<b>History</b>
The 4th child to a married pair of Dynasts. Her mother, Ragara Lenel, an Earth Aspect matriarch nearing her the start of her third century of life who in her 150's married a much younger man from House Sesus who had been chasing her hand for the better part of a decade. Her father is a Fire Aspect named Sesus Alon Demri who has risen to the rank of Dragonblord at a younger age then most. He has not even seen an entire century yet.
Her mothers wealth and temperment ensured a very strict and very regulated. She was impulsive as a child, moreso then many and were it not for how dedicated she was to the lessons of her teachers she might have suffered an 'accident' before she reached the end of her first decade of life. That and that her three siblings had all Exalted as well making it quite likely she would too. She Exalted at the age of 12. She was doing inventory in a warehouse her mother owned and caught one of the workers pocketing some of gems imported from Gem. She pulled a knife on the young Ragaran who fought back and Exalted in the struggle, burning her attacker and the warehouse down. Two other workers died and most of the goods were unrecoverable. Her mother didn't care about the loss of goods at least. It was afterall only money. Still her exaltation as a Fire Aspect likely kept the two from growing particularly close.
Her exaltation half way through primary school merely changed the crowds she spent time with. She remained an intense girl when she had found something to focus on. She excelled in the physical requiresments of her school there was merely adequate in others. It was during her 13th year that she made the claim whe would never date anyone she could soundly trounce. Since her school was mostly for those intending to go to the Spiral Acadamy those years of her life were rather dateless for her. Her time off during those years were spent within the Imperial city often working for her mother in some capacity though never involving something flamable after her Exaltation.
During her last year of primary school was when she came across certain documents clearly never intended for her eyes or the eyes of any Dynast. It was known that one part of her family branch came from outside the Isle. Many who were once part of the Shogunate had but those who hadn't been ruined by the Empress' counterattack against the 7 Tigers far fewer. They were very old records, clearly untouched in storage for centuries, perhaps unread since before the founding of the Realm. Time had damaged them a great deal but from the fragments she learned that the Immaculate Dragons were not so unreachable and cosmic as the Immaculate Texts talked and that one could even meet them at their palaces at the Elemental Poles.
At 15 it was clear that she wasn't destined for the Spiral Acadamy and she was sent to the House of Bells. She wasn't going to be the next Roseblack yet she still managed to earn distinction in other areas. In endurance and combat training she was never the first to drop out and no one relished dueling with her as she treated such things as more then mere drills but never enough to seriously hurt people. Growing up in the large family household in the Imperial City and surrounded by people and crowds the whole time she was able to adapt pretty easily to the idea of no individuality and the lack of privacy.
Upon graduation it was time to marry. At least according to her parents. The man was a graduate of the Spiral Acadamy and 4 years her elder. They seemed to get along fine but that night she challanged him to a fight in response to his flirtatious hands. Thrashing the Earth Aspect she said she wouldn't marry a man like him and refused all demands, protests and appeals by her parents. Which leads to why she for all her lineage receive little stipend. She beat up her husband to be and completely refused to marry a man like him. Her family elders have put pressure on her economically but to no avail so far. Her brother and sister are backing her though quietly. What he eldest direct sibling feels is unknown as she is still in the east by all accounts with her husband adventuring with school friends. Currently she is trying to find the right group of fellow Exalted to travel to the poles. They must appoint a new Empress or Emperor and do something about the dillution of their children's bloodlines.
