Keen Arrow

Your Moe hones your arrow's keenness; add your Moe to the base damage of the arrow.


Arrow Sharpening Stance

  • Cost: 3 motes, 1 WP
  • Duration: One Scene
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Archery: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Keen Arrow

Every arrow you fire becomes sharper, adding your Moe to its base damage.



Holy Arrow of Wrath

The Power of Heaven flows through your arrow, adding +2 to pre-soak damage for every mote you invest to a limit of your Moe. This extra damage is doubled against demons, ghosts, Alien PrincessesTheKawaiiEdition/BishonenArchery/Princes, and other things from outside Creation. (Except Robot Girls, who are not unholy.)

Arrow of Demon-Slaying

This arrow does hideous things to those things that come from beyond (as per Holy Arrow of Wrath). Double extra successes before adding to pre-soak damage. This damage is aggravated to such creatures. Furthermore, such creatures lose your Moe in motes for every post-soak damage die inflicted. (IE, multiply your Moe times the post-soak damage dice before they are rolled, it loses that many motes.)


Quiver of Holy Wrath

  • Cost: 5 motes, 1 WP
  • Duration: One Scene
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Archery: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 4
  • Prerequisite Charms: Arrow of Demon-Slaying

The Broodingly Handsome Sun cannot abide the things which lurk in the darkness, and neither can the holy power that burns from the Bishonen's arrows. Every arrow you fire is infused with Holy Might, subtracting your Moe from all defensive pools used to resist it by anything from Outside Creation (except Robot Girls and other inhabitants of Otakuthon). It also reduces the target's soak by your Moe + Archery if the target comes from Outside Creation.


Storing Up Holy Wrath

  • Cost: 5 motes, 1 WP

  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Archery: 5

  • Prerequisite Charms: Quiver of Holy Wrath

The Broodingly Handsome Sun never fails to smite the enemies of Creation. Neither do his children. The Bishonen crafts five arrows made of pure Essence. They inflict damage equal to his Archery + Moe + Strength (+ any bonuses from his bow). This damage is aggravated against things from beyond Creation (except Robot Girls and other inhabitants of Otakuthon). He may fire these arrows each once during the scene; they may be fired as a free reflexive action at full dice pool. If fired as a normal dice action or using an Extra Action charm, they never miss unless a perfect defense is used to stop them.


Relentless Ray of Holy Light

The Broodingly Handsome Sun's light can be reflected but not destroyed. The Bishonen's arrow does aggravated damage to anything from beyond Creation (except Robot Girls and other inhabitants of Otakuthon). It can only be blocked by a perfect defense. If it is blocked, it rebounds and attacks another target of the Bishonen's choice within its range, continuing until it either hits someone or every single suitable target within range uses a perfect defense.


Long Shot

The Bishonen increases the base range of his bow by its base range once for every mote he invests, to a limit of his Archery.

Wind-Carried Messenger

The wind carries your arrow smoothly; you make make your shot with no range or environmental penalties.


Distant Sniper

If you can see it, you can shoot it, ignoring all range and environmental penalties.


To the Far Horizon

  • Cost: 5 motes, 1 WP
  • Duration: One Scene
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Archery: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 5
  • Prerequisite Charms: Distant Sniper

You can shoot anything you can see without regard for range and environmental penalties. Within your normal range of your weapon, you always hit with at least one success unless charms are used to augment your opponent's dodge or parry pool (this includes charms which buy a 'full dice pool' or provide a reflexive defense pool) or to provide a perfect defense.


Piercing Shot

The arrow strikes a weakpoint in your foe's defenses; reduce his soak against the shot and his hardness by your Archery + Moe.


Crevice-Seeking Shot

Every armor has its joints and cracks. This shot seeks them out. Roll your Dex + Archery + any extra successes to hit after defense is determined. The difficulty is your foe's Moe. Every success reduces the soak of the armor by one against this shot.


Armor-Evading Shot

On a successful hit, roll your Dex + Archery with a difficulty of your foe's Moe. If you succeed, halve the target's armor soak against your shot and further reduce it by your extra successes.


Charm-Splitting Shot

On a successful hit, Roll your Archery + Moe. Your shot bypasses any soaking or armor charms whose Moe is equal to or less than your successes, except for perfect defenses, who laugh at you. However, you can only bypass soaking or armor charms equal to or less than your personal Moe.


Swift Sniper

This charm reduces your multi-action penalty for archery by 1 for every mote spent, to a limit of your Archery + Moe. It also increases your bow's rate by 1 for each mote spent.

Ever-Full Quiver

  • Cost: 1 mote/attack
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Type: Permanent
  • Minimum Archery: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Swift Sniper

The Bishonen can now shape arrows out of essence as an unrolled reflexive action, allowing him to fire as many arrows as he likes until his essence runs out. Creating an arrow does not count as a charm use.


Hail of Arrows Method

  • Cost: 2 motes / shot
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Extra Actions
  • Minimum Archery: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Swift Sniper

The Bishonen may fire off up to his Moe in extra attacks with a bow, at whoever he wishes to shoot, paying 2 motes per shot.

Death From Above Technique

  • Cost: 8 motes, 1 WP
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Extra Actions
  • Minimum Archery: 4
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Hail of Arrows Method

The Bishonen takes a shot at a foe. If he hits, he can take another shot at another foe. So long as the hitting continues, he can keep shooting until he has no arrows left or he's shot everyone within range.


Unsurrendering Arrow Method

  • Cost: 3 motes / shot
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Extra Actions
  • Minimum Archery: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 4
  • Prerequisite Charms: Death From Above Technique

The Bishonen can take up to his Moe in extra shots. If one of his extra attacks misses, the arrow redirects to a new target and he may roll again. Each arrow will re-direct a number of times equal to his Moe before it gives up. Each individual arrow can only target any given person within range once.


Swiftness of Light

The Bishonen is an unstoppable source of feathered death. In addition to his normal actions in a turn, he gains one free full dicepool Archery action all the time. If he uses an extra action charm for archery, he increases the number of shots he can take by 2 as well as still getting the free shot listed above.
