The Arcadian floods her senses with Essence such that they begin to overlap -- sounds appearing as splashes of light, or the touch of a knife as a screaming, bitter tasting symphony, and, above all, a distinct emptiness, where senses are unable to register fonts of Essence. Spirits are perfectly backlit, silohettes on the earth; Essence-enhanced attacks mute sound as they cross air; Manses are filled with mute, shadowy lines of Essence. The Exalt can sense most enhancements and spirits, though they cannot identify them unless they are intimately familiar with the outlines they form. Additionally, the synesthesia of terrestrial senses allows an Exalt to function unhindered if a single sense is obscured; if two or more senses are inhibited, whether through natural or supernatural means, she if as hindered as normal.

The alien and transitory nature of the Arcadian Exalted soul makes it a poor candidate for actualizing the formulaic Essence of Sorcery; purchasing Terrestrial Circle Sorcery remedies this, irrevocably formalizing a portion her component soul to hold the logical structure required of such Sorcery. Harmonizing this matrix for casting spells requires futher structure: an Exalt's skin must be tattooed for each spell she purchases. These tattoos are highly stylized and geometric, occasionally broken with vaguely floral circular patterns, and mesh seamlessly from spell to spell. A competent sorcerer should be expected to have her entire body covered; at this point, additional spells may be harmonized by adding increasing detail to existing patterns. The Rebel Witch -- warped by Arcadia, though not Arcadian Exalted herself -- has skin that evokes a fractal; her flesh holds those who view it enthralled by its infinite complexity.

Note that the cost of this Charm only enables the character to cast a single spell. The spell itself has an Essence cost, often very high, that the character must pay to actualize the spell. The cost is listed in the spell's description. Terrestrial Circle Sorcery can never be be part of a Combo.
