Name: Daughter of Glorious Sunrise
- A small background of what kind of life your character lived before exaltation.
- Daughter to a Conquering General of the Dawn Caste, she was kept mostly in their house and only allowed out of her wing of the manse for parties when she was to be shown off.
- At least and idea of how they exalted.
- A fight was about to break out at one of her fathers parties, when she stepped between the men. It looked like things were getting worse till the room was flooded with light and the Eclipse caste mark shone on her brow.
- Why they were chosen to be 'saved' by their teacher?
- More than anything it was because she had yet to be corrupted by anything. She was a pure soul who wanted no strife. It filled her with untold sadness at the state of the world, how her higher ups treated those below them. Often she was reduced to tears just by the thought of it all.
- A small discription of the character.
- Shoulder length blonde hair and emerald green eyes. She is as likely to be seen in a knee length skirt, sandles and golden patterned top as the expensive gowns her father made her wear.
Sheltered young adult (16 when they were put into their sleep).
So going further...
Small amount of training after her exaltation (going to say like 6 months, maybe a year. enough for her to get to the xp of a starting character), which included training in the fields that were important to her.
Things I was thinking for her aptitudes:
From a very young age she was taught to perform for others. What she was most known for was her dance.
Accomplished seamstress. She loved to design clothes and was extremely talented at it.
Student of the Mantis school of Martial Arts, mostly because she never wanted to hurt anyone. Her master, though, was a woman of many styles and seamlessly went from one to another. She would like to eventually emulate her master by piecing together Mantis, Snake, Dreaming Pearl Courtesan and Celestial Monkey. This does not mean that she wants to be a master of them all, but more a matter of putting them together in the best way they fit (in her brain anyway).
Things in the negative: I was thinking about when she was rescued, which I am assuming because I'm not completely sure, was during the Usurpation. If so I was thinking that seeing so much death and destruction of all she held dear and loved would probably leave her with some pretty horrific nightmares. Also she is closely tied with her Virtue flaw, Heart of Tears. Maybe Great Curse even, if you're ok with it. I was also considering Unbidden Oracle for her.
