Unflurried Movement Methodology

This is a slight adjustment to the movement system in EX3, allowing you to move and fight more freely without penalty.
Movement Actions
Some actions are classified as movements. On your turn, in addition to your combat actions, you may perform one movement without penalty. This may be done before or after your combat actions, or in between them (if you're performing a flurry).
Movements are:
- Move
- Rush
- Disengage
- Rise From Prone
- Draw/Ready Weapon
- Take Cover
- Reestablish Stealth
- Go To Ground
- Withdraw
Sprints
A Sprint is a combat action, that can be placed in a flurry. When you perform a Sprint, you may perform one additional movement. It is not possible to perform the same movement twice on your turn.
If you place Sprint in a flurry, all actions (including the original movement) receive the -3 flurry penalty.
