Fate is quite simply at its heart the idea of continuity and sense. This leads to this leads to this. This is what seperates everything from the true chaos of the wyld. Sidereals have a knack for finding ways to use that to their advantage or to block the system from working right in places to serve their needs. One of the earliest tricks the Chosen of Jupiter learned from her was to make it so that being seen did not lead to being noticed. So long as the Sidereal tries to avoid notice by moving quietly, not trying to draw attention to herself, things like that those around her gain no situational modifiers to notice her. Mechanically this means she can attempt to sneak while out in the open and just directly contest her stealth against others perception even when it should be impossible to do so normally. This charm fails as soon as the Sidereal tries to engage in combat and provides no help from escaping the view of those who are allready aware of her.

The Vizier's were never meant for the main stage. They lacked the numbers for it and by their very nature they seek to advise and shape events with a careful hand rather than the bludgeon. Those who wish can harness that talent to serve them in other ways as well to let them move unhindered behind the scenes. Any levels of Influence or similar backgrounds a person has count as an internal penalty for looking for a Sidereal if the Sidereal so wishes. The Sidereal can exempt as many or as few people from this as they want and change who it works on anytime they want reflexively. This is one of the reasons why Sidereals prefer to be the powers behind thrones rather than sit on them. It makes finding each other easier while keeping other parties from locating them.
Cunning Distraction Technique

Duration: One scene
Prerequisite Charms: Any Stealth Excellency
There are many ways that can be used for infiltration and moving without being noticed. One of the most basic is to draw the attention of others to something else. The Sidereal rolls Manipulation + Stealth and adds additional successes equal to her Essence. Anyone within 20 yards with an MDV less than her successes finds themselves fixated and distracted upon something the Sidereal chooses. While distracted all their Perception + Awareness dice pools before any other modifiers are reduced to their Essence. This effect costs 4 willpower to shake or one willpower if someone else tries to break the distraction.
Cupboard-as-Castle Safehouse

Prerequisite Charms: Cunning Distraction Technique, Historical Anonymity Practice
The strange birth of the Five Maidens sent ripples through time and space and to stranger places. Certain gods empowered by them and her Chosen have put these places to use as secret safehouses. Within these safehouses are food, basic fascilities to rest, even books with information useful about the place they are at. Even better a Sidereal who has Backing or Connections or similar backgrounds can find the safehouses conveniently stocked with things they could aquire with those abilities. A small group of minor spider dieties, who manage and maintain these places have the foresight to collect such things though the lenders of what they aquire still expect proper returns and use from what is borrowed. They also don't stock people.
Almost all cities will have at least one such safehouse and many other places scattered around as well. Using this charm the Sidereal becomes aware of any nearby or at least the closest one and while this charm is active can go to its entrance and slip in, taking up to 25 people with her so long as they all hold hands as they enter. All such safehouses will have a secondary entrance or exit out of sight of the first entrance. Time passes normally in such places as it does in Creation and are considered to be shielded against occult scrying though not Sidereal Astrology.

Venus may have all the attention but rare is the god who has not had...thoughts of her sister. She is said to actually be a maiden as well. Perhaps she has her own version of this charm or inspiration was taken from her either way the Sidereals have many ways to influence events through the bedroom. This charm enhances the mystique and appeal of the Sidereal in the bedroom. Partners do not get bored or lose the magic and things always seem new. There is more to this charm than just that of course.
This charm acts as a perfect defense against any attempt at mental influence while in the bed and by spending an additional willpower when activating the charm works against unexpected mental influences as well. Furthermore attempts to learn things about the Sidereal she does not to wish share fail adding her Essence to contested rolls. Finally this mystique means that bedding the Sidereal counts as a scene towards developing a positive intimacy to her(so long as the Sidereal isn't forcing things at least).

A bright light can hide many lesser ones. One need only look to the sky during the day to know that the stars are still there but hidden by the brilliance of the sun. After learning this charm a Sidereal can extend the benefits of Unseen and Unwatched Steps to others she is with whenever she activates the charm. She can conceal up to her Magnitude in people this way.

Skybound Gaze Traditions

Prerequisite Charms: Fateful Stealth Excellency
When most think of the constellation of the Mask they think of secrets and intrigues, shadows moving in the dark and things of that sort. The wiser know there is more to it than that. The Delzahn youth who goes to hunt or bring a poem back to choose their gender, the graduate of one of the Realm's presitegious secondary schools, the cultist being accepted all act under the providences of the Mask. The rites of passage ensuring transition from one state to another. As the wisest of the Exalted the Viziers help to shephard others in the same way.
The Sidereal must make the target take part in a week long ritual appropriate to that which they hope to become. A training regemine for soldiers, meditation for monks, a series of tests for a student or whatever suits. At the end of that week the target as a training effects gains all the appropriate abilities and backgrounds for their new position. A soldier would find himself knowing how to fight, with arms and armor and a job as a soldier.
With a Prayer Strip the Sidereal can attempt to do the same with those of magical talents or to make the ritual take only one day for mortals. Sidereals use this charm to speed up teaching their own kind and in the First Age used it to prepare Solars who came from somewhat backwards locals to their new positions in little time. It can also be used to speed up the Exaltation of a Dragonblood or Sidereal. This is dangerous however as it can kill those who try to exalt before their intended time. The prayer strip is wrapped around the left wrist and the Sidereal rolls Essence + 1 die for every 4 successes on making the Prayer strip. On this roll 1s reduce successes. The difficulty is 3 for Dragonblooded and 5 for Sidereals. On success the target Exalts just like they were always meant to just earlier and over the next week develop to a level just like they would have on their own after a year(use the outcaste or ronin rules for generation).
This charm may not be used on anyone who is still paying off experience debt from this charm.
