-Dark haired and with the golden tanned skin of an Tengese Balian is a striking figure.  He dresses in whatever is fashionable for the moment.  As right now he follows the trend to not personally use anything that you yourself have not personally made he made his own Amulet to give him the outfits he wishes.  His favored weapon is World's Edge an orichalcum throwing blade he designed similiar to the crystal ones of the Dragon Kings.  He is clean shaven and his hair is long enough to reach his waist.  He is not one for a lot of jewelery though he does wear a moonsilver wedding ring upon his hand.
 <b><i>History</b></i><br>
-Exalting a few years prior to the reestablishment of the Deliberative Balian had the benifit of a somewhat guilty feeling circle to help teach him and get him going.  A lapse in the circle's unity and a childish spat left him alone when an incursion of the Fair Folk eliminated his former self in the east.  Exalting in An-Teng he spent his formative years apprentacing under another Eclipse caste Solar in the north who was working to strengthen the Order Conferring Trade Pattern in the north.  It was around his fifth century that he took some personal time having a vacation where he picked up a decent talent for helping Lunars resolve their misgivings and issues with their Solar mates.  This was also a time when he learned the secret delights of cuckolding those who could be his peers.  From his 5th to 8th century he mixed work for the Deliberative with his work with those married couples and arranging a few secret get aways for some of them.  After his 8th century he arranged a promotion of sorts for himself and moved to Yu-Shan.  There he helps to fascilitate the Deliberative's reincarnation requests and make sure people who should reincarnate in certain places do.  His real hope though is to gather enough pull in Heaven to arrange for Parad and his position to fall under control of the Solar Exalted.
