The dot rating an exalted has applies to every craft.
Up to 3 dots of specialty can be bought for each seperate craft though.
So you could have 4 in craft, and 3 points of specialty in say Jewlery and Armorer. Only up to 3 points of bonus from specialties will apply to one roll though.
