Sometimes a pinprick of light or the touch of ghostly-hands is not sufficent to make the proper impression; rather to frighten off grave-robbers or suitably awe your familial relatives, somtimes the departed must take more drastic steps. To this end, the ghost spends a turn drawing together small particles of dust, humidity and other tiny matter -- shaping them together into a large cloud, and then more fully into a roughly humanoid shape that seems somewhat hazy and indistinct. Often known as the 'Spirit Form' by those unfamiliar with the charm, it is more of a puppet (animated by the ghosts will) than any extension of the ghost.
The Ghost rolls Wits + Crafts (Pandemonium), with a minimum of one success required to make a hazy and indistinct form. Extra successes can go to make the form more concrete, or frightening. A one success form is considered to have Strength 0, no soak, and four health levels; two successes can be used to give the form Strength 1 (no higher). Alternatively, each success can give the form one extra health level and 1B/1L soak. This can be raised to a maximum of 3B/3L soak and seven health levels. Each allocated to the shape of the 'body' makes it more frightening or impressive; this allows the Ghost to use his Presence or Performance in the living living world, at the rating of one success per dot.
If he wishes, the Ghost can spend more than one turn forming his body. This requires an additional willpower point for each extra turn taken, but allows another roll.
