This transforms a boat, giving it long runners on the bottom like on ice skates, enabling it to sail on ice and sand at normal speeds. The boat remains this way permanently unless someone hacks off the runners.
Wind-Riding Clipper Ship

The Helping Goddess can now take to the skies and soar across the heavens in her ship; the ship flies at twice its normal movement speed.

This protocol ensures that enough drift wood surfaces when your ship wrecks to enable your (Sail + Moe) * 5 people find something to cling to in order to survive without needing to roll.

The Helping Goddess can ward off all sea-predators for the scene with this charm; it protects either a single boat or a radius of 10* Moe yards around her. If any sea-creature tries to attack anything inside the area of effect, it must either have more Moe than her or else must make a willpower check with a difficulty of her Sail + Moe to attack.
