Attraction

Irresistible Silver Spirit
Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Task
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: None
When a Lunar focus his efforts, he can accomplish great feats in molding people and cultures. Activating this Charm, the character's personality becomes attractive to those around her. People want to help her, the things she says make more sense and she seems very convincing, wether she acts outgoing and positive or distantly alluring.

When the character activates this Charm the player declares a single objective she can accomplish through the use of social prowess. While this Charm is active she adds one success to all Social rolls, increases her dice-adding limits to her Attribute+Essence and ignores all Fatigue penalties.

As long as this Charm is active the Lunar cannot perform non-Social actions, intent on pursuing her objective above all else. The Lunar may only perform non-Social actions or stop her pursuit for one action by spending 1 willpower for every such action - and even then those are made at a -2 penalty. This Charm ends when its objective is attained. Ending this Charm of one's own volition requires a Willpower roll with a difficulty equal to the Lunar's own Temperance - this roll can only be attempted once for every (6-the Lunar's Essence, minimum 1) Turns (or once per Scene per tasks of longer duration.)

This Charm is a Focus and is incompative with the activation of any other Focus-Type Charm.

Attention-Demanding Presence
Cost: 2 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 2
Minimum Essence: 1
Prerequisite Charms: None
Using this Charm, a Lunar can focus the attention of those in the immediate vicinity upon himself without speaking. Doing so requires a Appearance+Presence roll. All characters who can perceive her and whose Temperance is less than the number of successes rolled received the Essence-driven equivalent of a 'look at me'. Those subjects find their attention focused oon the Lunar and instinctively look into his eyes where possible. The Lunar may be specific on who gets the call. Targets with Essence higher than the Lunar's may resist those effect by spending 1 Willpower.

Perfect Shape Stance
Cost: 1 mote
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 2
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Attention-Demanding Presence
Changing her shape into something that catches the eye and endears the heart the Lunar increases her social pull with her looks alone even amidst the most delicate negotiations! Activating this Charm allows the Lunar to use her Appearance score for any and all Social rolls despite the Attribute that was to be used in it - as long as those affected this roll are able to see her.

Peacock Flare
Cost: 3 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Supplemental
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Perfect Shape Stance
Changing her shape for a moment in a flare of beateous wonder and color the Lunar distracts and awes an opponent into a defenseless target for attack! This Charm supplements a single close combat attack - the Lunar's opponent must suceed in a Temperance roll or halve all defensive pools against this attack. Blind opponents are unaffected by this Charm, although it happens too fast for one to turn his eyes - the obvious activation of a known Combo that includes this Charm allows the enemy this chance, however.

The Lunar can substitute her Dexterity for her Appearance when making this attack.

White Peacock Plumage
Cost: 6 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 5
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Peacock Flare
With great feathers that reach to the sky and whose eyes entice even the most jaded soul the Lunar flares with a most perfect and resplendent form! All those who attempt to affect the Lunar physical or socially must roll Conviction unless she has acted first against them - and even if successful receive a penalty equal to the Lunar's Appearance score minus their Temperance score in dice. As a final benefit the Lunar can use her Appearance score instead of her Dexterity, Manipulation or Charisma scores when attacking in close combat or using Social abilities upon those who are able to see her magnificence.

Beings unable to appreciate beauty, such as automata, are immune to this Charm's effects.

White Peacock Plumage is a Gift that can be activated in tandem with a Hybrid Form with the commitment of 4 motes with the same effects.

Pied Piper Mien
Cost: 4 motes
Duration: Varies
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Attention-Demanding Presence
The Lunar's allure is so that she draws others to follow her wherever she goes!

To activate this Charm the Lunar makes the Piper Roll - an Appearance+Performance roll at standard Difficulty. She begins to move, and all those able to see her (and who are not otherwise engaged on riveting or dangerous activities) who fail a Wits+Awareness roll with a Difficulty equal to the Lunar's successes in the Piper Roll must follow. Those who follow are oblivious to the world around them as if hypnotized, making the barest ammount of movement necessary to sidestep any and all obstacles in their path.

Distractions - such as someone who tries to wake them from their reverie, or the followers themselves being led into clear and iminent danger (such as being led to a cliff) prompt another roll from the follower at a cumulative -1 Difficulty, although successes will not accumulate between attempts. Any harm will bring them back to their senses.

Characters can always ignore this Charm if they spend a number of points of Willpower equal to the Lunar's Essence.

Silent Speech Method
Cost: 2 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Attention-Demanding Presence
With an endless syllabary of motions and minute changes to her shape the Lunar becomes able to communicate without words - her body language becomes as eloquent as her greatest speeches! Using this Charm the Lunar is able to intimidate, seduce, make new friends, poison the waters against someone present (by showing disdain towards this person with the barest motions) call attention to herself and even make simple arguments without a word. Those are rolled like any other Social rolls, although they cannot be heard and can scarcely be perceived.

Those not targeted by the speech but closely observing the Lunar roll a contest between their Perception+Socialize and the Lunar's Appearance+Socialize. If the Lunar succeeds in this roll the onlooker does not catch the subtle nuances of the Lunar's silent speech and remains oblivious to her conversation. This Charm is a Gift and can be activated in tandem with a Hybrid Form for the commitment of 2 to give its benefits to any Social action the Lunar wishes.

Graceful Butterfly Dance
Cost: 4 motes
Duration: Varies
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Silent Speech Method
Shifting her shape to Perfection the Lunar entrances all who gaze upon her form!

The Lunar makes an Appearance+Performance roll - if she achieves at least one success all those who can see her can do nothing else but to watch her and lose all awareness of their surroundings for as long as she mantains the Performance. All attacks made against those thus entranced are unexpected. The trance is broken if they are harmed in any way. At the moment the Lunar rolls and for every turn thereafter members of the audience who spend 1 willpower receive a Temperance+Essence roll - once they have accumulated enough successes they wake up from their reverie, although it is not immediatly obvious that magic has been used upon them.

Ambrosial Radiance
Cost: 10 motes, 1+ Health Levels
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 4
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Butterfly Dance
Sometimes Gods exist to be convinced more than honored - and Luna's children know how to be quite persuasive!

The Spirit must behold the Lunar as she shifts her shape into a perfect nothing so much as pure Ambrosia for the barest of instants! This Charm generates a Prayer Roll of Appearance+Performance in a ritual that takes the Spirit's Essence rating in hours during which the Spirit must behold the Lunar's Ambrosial Radiance. If the Lunar has suceeded on the roll at the conclusion of the ritual she must spend Health Levels equal to the Essence of the Spirit as a gift of her own Exalted Essence and the Ambrosia her body now exists as!

The Spirit recovers its entire Willpower and Essence pools and recovers a number of Health Levels (even of Aggravated Damage) equal to the Lunar's Essence. This also increases the Spirit's wealth considerably in Heaven. The God who receives such a gift is indebted to the Lunar - it must fulfill one favor per three successes rolled past the Prayer Roll's Difficulty. This favor must fall under the auspices of the Lunar Phase this Charm is used in (a favor of War or Hunt would be asked during the Full Moon or a favor of mysteries or knowledge in the No Moon).

The Spirit has to fulfill the favor asked unless it involves spending irreplaceable resources or suffering permanent damage.

Silver-Sealed Lips
Cost: 3 motes
Duration: Varies
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 4
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Butterfly Dance
Some men are cunning enough to pierce the veil and behold the Lunar's Tell, the anchor of their True Soul, and expose a Moonchild for what they truly are... but the Lunar's cunning allows her to silence even those with a most dangerous beguilement!

This Charm can be activated at the moment an opponent notices the Lunar's Tell and generates a Appearance+Socialize roll that has a Difficulty of the victim's Willpower score. If this roll is successful the Lunar silences this opponent with the feeling that he has discovered a delicious secret that would be ruined if it were tobe shared. Further, victims of this Charm need suceed a Temperance roll at Difficulty 2 to initiate any social action against the Lunar and double the willpower they must spend to resist any social pressure from the Lunar - they are enraptured by this beateous secret.

The victim can make a Temperance roll every dawn - as soon as he has accumulated as many successes in those rolls as the Lunar had in silencing him the effects of this Charm are broken and he becomes able to speak to all about what he has seen. Should one of those Temperance rolls be a botch the victim will be unable to roll again for an entire Lunar month however.
