Such instruction may cover whatever topics the Exalt desires--he may choose the general placement of attribute and ability dots among his subjects. After a month of training, the subjects of this charm will have at least two mental abilities at three, one Twilight Caste skill at three, along with at least one specialty, and may pick up the rudiments of Thaumaturgy. Continued use of this charm, or instruction upon already erudite targets, will continue to enhance these numbers.

The bond forged by the Spider-Savant instruction ties the Exalt who used this charm to those scholars she trained for all time: to use this charm, she taps not only into her own knowledge base, but theirs: with the expenditure of Essence, she adds his permanent Essence to any given Lore roll. This explicitly does not count against the Attribute+Ability cap of dice she may add via other charms.
