Excellencies I, II, and III remain unchanged, except that the limits are now based on attributes instead of abilities.  The First Excellency adds up to the Lunar's Attribute in dice. The Second adds up to half the Lunar's attribute in successes, rounded up. The Third allows rerolls, of course; used defensively, it adds half of the Lunar's attribute (round up) to static defense values.

:For a cost of one willpower and three motes per die, a Lunar may add a die to all dice pools for a given attributes for the remainder of the scene. The maximum amount of dice that can be added is the Lunar's attribute (effectively doubling it). These dice count as charm bonuses, and explicitly <i>do not</i> raise the actual attribute for dice-cap, charm, or any other purpose.
