Calisara, the Spirit of the Zephyr

Silver Cloud

Concept: Spirit Guardian
Nature : Follower
Demeanor : Caregiver ( The Zephyr and its Occupants )
Appearance: Her large eyes are quicksilver within beautifully-rounded pearls. Her lips, like glittering gems. Her body is pale like the fairiest, most sheltered child of the north, milky white. A generous body covered only in swirling paintings of silver, like sharp clouds in a windy day.

Calisara walks without touching the ground, as if swimming on air.. she has wings, but they are usually seen only in the corner of one's eyes, shining like sunlight over clouds, which she can unfurl to full radiant majesty when needed. Her irises are the inlaid desings in the ship, her lips and eyes its interior, her body its hull, her clothing the clouds that surround it. Her angelic face welcomes all as she floats, touching the ground only barely.

    • Measure the Wind ( 1m )

Calisara can instantly and unfailibly recognize the station of any Exalt who enters the Zephyr; She may roll her Perception+Compassion against their Essence if they have any cloaking charms about them. Note that this may be fooled by powers such as Solar Impersonation Style, as it lies about what she is seeing, and she does not doubt herself. She knows the Exalted’s type, caste, and personal essence rating, as well as any other information about inheritance, or about supernatural beings about.

As the spirit of the Zephyr, nothing passes within it without her notice – she is instantly and unfailingly aware of new arrivals, unless they are cloaking themselves by magic, or immaterial – in which case she rolls her Perception+Awareness against their stealth roll. She also feels any strong emotions or situations within the Zephyr, such as sex or sickness. And finally, she may roll her Perception+Awareness to try and be aware of any place of it at a given time, needing only one success to see a major room, but as much as three to zoom in a book or drawer.

    • Hoodwink ( 5m 1w )

Small lights and gentle winds pass through a target, and a blink away he tries to remember what was passing. Calisara rolls Manipulation+Temperance, resisted by willpower - For every success she makes, the victim forgets a single turn; Five or more successes, and Calisara can rule that the victim had never seen her in that encounter, if possible. She usually does so to cover for faux pas.

    • Harrow the Mind ( 7m 1w )

Again playing with lights and winds, this time Calisara tries to distract the target; She rolls Manipulation+Temperance – with one success he is distracted for one turn, unable to take any non-reflexive action, and with three, he forgets anything and everything that was going on his mind. Calisara uses it as a tool for escape and as social harassment on her master’s command, respectively.

    • Hurry Home ( 10m 1w )

The spirit of the Zephyr, she can never be apart of it for long – Calisara can simply roll Wits+Temperance and appear back within the ship. One success takes her there if she is relaxed, and up to five if she is in the middle of combat. If the Zephyr itself is being harmed, she can do so without a roll, but the Essence is still spent.

Calisara has a good a deal of command over the winds within the Zephyr, which she can employ in many ways... she rolls her Manipulation+Valor – 1 success is enough to control the winds to bring something light to her hand, three are enough to lift heavy things, and five are enough to create a servant of air for a scene, or to paralyse someone with the winds, like as a clinch, except it is hard to notice, and the victim needs to make a Wits+Awareness roll against Calisara’s Dexterity+Stealth to be able to defend to it without magic that allows one to defend against surprises.
