Spirits are spirits are spirits.
Elementals are the only ones that have to make an effort to be anything other than physical.
There is no Umbra, and the closest thing you get to an alternate plane is a sanctum or the underworld.
Dematerialized objects and beings interact with one another normally, but remain invisible and intangible to physical objects.
It's much simpler than the layered reality of the World of Darkness.
