Entropy Triumphant Technique
Cost: 10m 1wp; Mins: Medicine 5, Essence 3; Type: Simple (dramatic action)
Keywords: Combo-Ok, Emotion, Touch
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Bone Graft Technique
Like the dead themselves, the Abyssal Exalted do not age, a trait that could be considered enviable by those more firmly rooted to the mortal coil. Some Abyssals have learnt to share an aspect of this gift and restore a willing subject to the prime of their life, however there is always a price when dealing with a Deathknight.
The target of this charm must be willing and as soon as the Abyssal uses this charm its effects are immediate and seemingly miraculous. The target is restored to the prime of their life and looses all crippling effects, trait reductions and flaws associated with their aged state.
The Abyssal then rolls Intelligence + Medicine; this is the number of days the miraculous youth lasts for. If the roll exceeds the target’s MDV then they become addicted (gaining an intimacy to their youthful state and/or their Abyssal benefactor as appropriate).
Worse still, after the designated number of days expires, the target is restored to their original age + 1 year and those who make themselves sufficiently useful to their benefactor to justify repeated applications of this charm, will eventually come to realise the horrible truth.
