= The Glorious Moonsilver Warrior. =
The mind of the warrior remains the same, with all of his mortal memories. The body however is living moonsilver, shot through with veins of flickering essence but looking almost like quicksilver. The initial look is much like the mortals body in life, but with a silvery surface. This often changes later as the body conforms to its masters will.
The body and mind now have greater control over essence, and gain the following advantages:
- They heal as the exalted.
- They do not breath and are immune to any mundane attack using gas.
- They do not eat, rather respiring essence.
- They regain essence as a living being.
- Their essence pools are smaller than most exalted, starting at (Essence x 10). They may increase that naturally and through charms.
- Their charms are capped by ability + speciality like the dragon blooded, however, they do not have the ability to freely use reflexive charms.
- Finally, Moonsilver warriors have no caste or aspect, defining themselves through their transformations and previous profession. They do have areas of specialization, however:
- Loremasters: The heroes who earned their glory thought intelligence, skill and wisdom. Often Loremasters are older than other candidates, and often already have been initiated into terrestrial circle sorcery or have extensive experienced in mortal sorcery.
- Favored abilities: Linquistics, Lore, Occult, Medicine and Craft.
- Warriors: The stereotypical hero, warriors are not only brave, they’re smart, having lived to gain glory in a world where there are many, many things nastier then mortals running about.
- Favored abilities: Melee *or* martial arts, Dodge, Integrity, Archery *or* thrown, Resistance.
- Leaders: While all the Moonsilver Warriors are leaders to some degree, some take it beyond and become the generals and tribal leaders who unify entire nations and make treaties with even the powerful supernatural beings in creation.
- Favored abilities: Presence, socialize, Integrity, War, Linguistics.
- Thieves: Not all thieves steal things. Some are assassins, some scouts, but they all perform their actions with stealth and skill. Some believe the first Moonsilver Warrior who practiced the thiefs way earned his transformation by stealing from Samman himself!
- Favored Abilities: Awareness, Dodge, Athletics, Stealth, Larceny.
Generating a Glorious Moonsilver Warrior is handled in the same way generating an outcaste terrestrial, except for the following differences:
- The use the Lunar backgrounds, not the Lookshy backgrounds.
- They may not have an essence higher than 2, and may not purchase higher essence with starting bonus points.
- They gain seven charms or transformative knacks, and at least three charms must come from favored abilities. (Transformative knacks count as favored for this as well as in bonus point and XP cost.).
