Background
This charm is based off of Nature's Healing Bounty (Dragon-Blooded p 185). It combines athletic ability with dodging skill to make a better combatant. It's meant to allow your unarmored Dragon Blood to a bit more of a bouncing, leaping dodger.

Fire-aspected Dragon-Bloods are known for both their innate unpredictability and for their naturally explosive actions. This Charm represents the intersection of these two skill sets, as the Dragon-Blood’s ability to athletic prowess and amazing movements can now be combined with his ability to avoid trouble. The Dragon-Blood can improve his Dodge dice pools by two dice per mote spent, although he cannot spend more dice than his Athletics Ability rating (plus any applicable specialty). The Exalt can also use this Charm to enhance his Dodge DV. The player rolls one die for every mote spent, up to a maximum number of dice equal to the relevant Ability plus any applicable specialties. Each success on the roll increases the applicable DV by one. This Charm can stack with the First Dodge Excellency and is an exception to the normal limits on adding dice. Therefore, if both Charms are activated, the Dragon-Blood’s Dodge dice pool can be increased by a total of ([his Dodge + specialty] + [his Athletics + specialty]). When the Dragon-Blood uses this charm, his armor’s mobility penalty counts is subtracted from the success rolled from this charm, as it interferes with both his ability to dodge and his athletic prowess. The mobility penalty can never drop successes gained from this charm below 0.
