| − | When an Army reaches the Broken Health Level, it is starting a full rout. The Commander has only a limited chance of stemming the panic and maintaining order, and will inevitibly lose a number of troops anyways. They make a Charisma + Presence roll at Significant Difficulty (3). If they succed, the army is reduced down one size level (A Dragon becomes a Wing, a Wing becomes a Talon, and so on), with consumate changes to the Army's stats. They are unable to attack the next Clash, meaning their opponent gets a functionally free hit on the rapidly reorganizing force. Afterwords, they function as per normal once again. The smallest of units, a Fang, is unable to rally in such a fashion- they're simply too few.
