A fae using this charm seems to shift form erratically but ever so slightly, as if her very frame was made out of frothing water. Anyone attacking a fae using this charm feels like his blade only partially passes through her body. The fae may dissipate a number of health levels of damage per attack against her, up to half of her permanent essence (rounded down).
For example, if Qingu suffers from a powerful blow, taking 4 lethal damage, he can pay a maximum of 15 motes to reduce the damage to 1 lethal. Fae CAN dissipate aggravated damage using this charm -- it's as if the blade doesn't strike them at all.
