Revision as of 16:03, 3 January 2005

These are tentative, since my current campaign has all Solar PCs and only one Fair Folk NPC so far.

  • The roles of Perception and Intelligence in Ring-shaping combat are exchanged: Perception is the primary trait (analogous to Dexterity in mundane combat), while Intelligence is added to the damage modifier of the character's shaping weapon to determine base damage. Ring-shaping weapons have a maximum Intelligence rating instead of a maximum Perception rating. Other uses of these Attributes do not change.
  • A single purchase of Glorious Hero Form grants either +1 Perception or both +1 Intelligence and +1 Wits (instead of the listed benefits to Mental Attributes, which make sense under neither the canonical Ring-shaping combat rules nor my house rule above).
  • The shaping weapon charts have been revised.
