History

Flowing Conduit Conceiver was created in the nation of Claslat as a leader and planner, from the soul of a great Alchemical leader of the First Age. However, while Conduit's various civic plans are always ambitious, quickly taken up by the buerocracy and the Scholars, and enthusiastically put into place, they don't always seem to work out quite as well as they should. The simple truth is that while Conduit is a very intelligent Alchemical, he suffers from a flaw that never cropped up before, due to his position.

Simply put, Flowing Conduit Conceiver is hopelessly optimistic.

The Scholars have begun to realize that none of Conduit's plans account for the simplicity of human corruption, error, or simple mechanical problems. They have started to try to account for margins of error and the possibility of destruction, but in the face of Conduit's enthusiasm, they do not always succeed. In the mean time, he continues to plan and construct ever-more-elaborate ideas.
