Man is a social animal. Lunars come from man stock, and many inherit the pack sense and alpha drive of their totems. The leaders of barbarian people, these Lunars would often be as adept at manuvering through the depths of a noble's court.

Comprehending Ears Meditation

Allows the Lunar to roughly understand speech they hear, based on body language and other invisible cues.
Comprehending Ears Meditation does not help in translating written text or in speaking the language. And what it conveys is very vauge, and primarily on the emotive level.
Call of Human Prey
Cost: 3 motes or 6 motes Duration: One Scene Type: Simple Minimum Wits: 2 Minimum Essence: 1 Prerequisite Charms: Comprehending Ears Meditation
Allows the Lunar to freely speak and understand any human language (including Old Realm), while they are in the form of someone who could speak it in life.
For 6 motes, they may speak and understand the language of anyone who's form is in their library of shapes without donning their skin.
Feral Speech
Cost: 3 motes Duration: One Scene Type: Simple Minimum Wits: 3 Minimum Essence: 2 Prerequisite Charms: Comprehending Ears Meditation
Allows the Lunar to freely speak and understand any animal they meet, Animals tend to have fairly simple speech patterns, and are not the most reliable of conversationalists, but they may see what no one else does.
Teach the Human Ways
Cost: 4 motes Duration: One Scene Type: Simple Minimum Wits: 4 Minimum Essence: 2 Prerequisite Charms: Feral Speech
Grant up to the Lunar's Wits in animals one Virtue at level 5. If the virtue is Conviction, the Lunar chooses what cause they are devoted to. Animals will not vioalte this virtue for the scene, and may channel it as per normal.
Pack Commanding Presence
Cost: 4 motes Duration: One Scene Type: Simple Minimum Wits: 4 Minimum Essence: 3 Prerequisite Charms: Teach the Human Ways
Identifies the alpha or other leader of any pack of animals. If the Lunar defeats the alpha before the Charm ends, the pack will treat him as the new alpha. The pack does not go away at the end of the Charm, but may if the Lunar abuses them or seems to be leading them to disaster.

Tale-Spinning Mastery

Adds a Lunar's Manipulation to any Socialize roll they make to convince someone that something is true for the rest of the scene.
Emotion Shaping Technique
Cost: 5 motes Duration: One Scene Type: Simple Minimum Manipulation: 3 Minimum Essence: 2 Prerequisite Charms: Tale-Spinning Mastery
Allows a Lunar to make a single person they are speaking feel any emotional responce you want them to feel, extremely intensely. Any actions that are taken in accord with this emotion gain 3 dice, and any actions that are taken against this emotion are at a 3 dice penelty.
Emotion Shaping Technique has no effect on a subject with higher Essence than the Lunar.
Foe Taunting Utterance
Cost: 5 motes Duration: One Scene Type: Simple Minimum Manipulation: 3 Minimum Essence: 3 Prerequisite Charms: Emotion Shaping Technique
Allows a Lunar to drive someone into an insane fury by speaking with them. The Lunar rolls their Manipulation + ability of choice (Socialize, Performance or Presence), and adds the target's Valor as automatic successes. This is against a difficulty equal to the target's Temperance.
With 1 or 2 successes over the difficulty, the target is distracted and suffers a 3 die penelty for the scene. With 3 or 4 successes, the subject is infuriated and suffers a 5 die penelty for the scene. With 5 or more successes, the subject is enraged. They ignore all wound penelties but may do nothing but attack.
Subjects with reflexive defenses may still use them while enraged.
Glib Tongue Technique
Cost: 5 motes Duration: Instant Type: Simple Minimum Manipulation: 4 Minimum Essence: 3 Prerequisite Charms: Emotion Shaping Technique
Allows the Lunar to convince someone that one topic of conversation is true or false, regardless of counterevidence. For each piece of coutnerevidence the subject gets, they may roll their Willpower against a difficulty of the Lunar's Essence. They break the illusion when they succeed- until then, they rationalize the evidence away.

Lion Roar Method

The Lunar may be clearly heard through any conditions up to 100 x Essence yards away.
When commanding troops, this reduces the penelty from the Lunar's unit's Magnitude by twice his Essence (to a minimum of 0).
Clan Chief Speaks
Cost: 3 motes Duration: Instant Type: Simple Minimum Charisma: 3 Minimum Essence: 2 Prerequisite Charms: Lion Roar Method, Emotion Shaping Technique
Allows the Lunar to impose a strong feeling on anyone who can hear his voice. This works like Emotion Shaping Technique, but is less intense, and only adds 1 die for acting in accordance and subtracts 1 for acting against.
Courage Building Address
Cost: 4 motes Duration: Instant Type: Simple Minimum Charisma: 4 Minimum Essence: 2 Prerequisite Charms: Clan Chief Speaks
Courage Building Address must be used before a Lunar engages with his unit in combat. If he does so, the Unit is treated as having a Drill and Valor of 5 when resisting breaking or otherwise being frightened away from the battle.
Glorious Battle Presence
Cost: 7 motes, 1 Willpower Duration: Instant Type: Simple Minimum Charisma: 5 Minimum Essence: 3 Prerequisite Charms: Clan Chief Speaks
Anyone who wants to oppose the Lunar loses the Lunar's Essence in dice from fear. Anyone fighting on the same side as the Lunar gains 1 bonus dice from encouragement.

Wordless Speech

Allows the Lunar to communicate with anyone whom they could normally speak to completely silently. The Lunar must be visible and noticied to do so. Nor is this communication inherently two way.
Wind Speaking Methods
Cost: 2 motes Duration: Instant Type: Simple Minimum Wits: 3 Minimum Essence: 2 Prerequisite Charms: Wordless Speech
Send out a single message on to the wind. This message may not be more than a single sentence. It travels at approximately one Direction per day.
River of Words

Let's a Lunar embed a message in a body of water- a river, lake, stream, ocean, whatever. The water must be freshwater, however- thus, no message can be embedded in the Inland Sea or the Western Ocean.
When used, the Lunar specifies a subject or subjects. The message embedded by River of Words is 'heard' when those subjects drink from the river.
Most of the time, the subject clause incluedes 'The first time X drink from here only'. The message itself may be of arbitrary length and content, but may not carry any Charm in and of itself.
Attention Drawing Presence

People find their eyes naturally drawn to the Lunar. The Lunar may add their Essence to any Performance or Presence rolls used on large groups of people for the scene.
Unspeakable Aura of Dread
Cost: 8 motes Duration: One Scene Type: Simple Minimum Manipulation: 4 Minimum Essence: 2 Prerequisite Charms: Attention Drawing Presence
The Lunar's presence fills the room with an unquiet fear, just below the surface, increasing tensions like a taut cord. Roll the Lunar's Manipulation + Presence; each success will reduce everyone's dicepool's by 1.
It is possible to shake off the dread. If someone wishes to try, they need to spend a Willpower and succede at a Valor check, with a number of successes equal to the dice being lost.
Fearful Lunar Form

Add the Lunar's Manipulation as automatic successes on any attempt to frighten someone.
Mind Blanking Fear Technique
Cost: 6 motes, 1 Willpower Duration: Instant Type: Simple Minimum Manipulation: 5 Minimum Essence: 3 Prerequisite Charms: Unspeakable Aura of Dread
Mind Blanking Fear Technique causes people to become so afraid they wipe their memories of the recent horror- even if it wasn't that horrific. It effects everyone who can see the Lunar.
Compare the target's Willpower to the following chart, reducing it by one for every point of Permanent Essence the Lunar has more than them. They will remember the scene as follows
1 or less: No recollection. The entire scene is gone from them, as though they passed out; which they will do now. 2 - 3: Only the vaugest of recollections. The person will never voluntarily remember, and if questioned would only know it was horrible. 4: The person will never voluntarily remember, but if questioned will remember the scene overall relatively accurately- but omit the Lunar's presence entirely. 5: The person can voluntarily remember the scene, but the Lunar is still removed from it. However, they can pierce the fear enough to know they've forgotten... something! 6: The person can voluntarily remember the scene, and even have a vauge impression of the Lunar themself. If they see the Lunar again in the same form he wore then, he will remember the whole scene. 7 - 8: The person mostly remembers the scene, but cannot readily describe the Lunar beyond vauge generalities of height, color, claws, etc. 9+: The person remembers the scene exactly.
Brotherhood of Lake and River eliminated, as it steps too closely the Dragonblooded toes.
