Character Description
A stocky man with a rotund girth nonetheless brimming with muscle. He favors long silken mantles as is customary in An-Teng and wears a large cummerbund sash around his waist, where he typically keeps Thousand-Fold Just Slices when not in use. He wears his silver hear in a simple topknot and has an incredibly long and distinctive silvery Fu Manchu mustache, actually a part of his Tell.
Expanded Backgrounds
Artemis' followers are all members of his extensive resistance force and are nearly entirely located with the city of Steel Lotus. His contacts represents secret agents in his service scattered throughout the three Principalities.
