It is handled like Linguistics is. Each dot you get gives you one craft. You roll based on total dots.

-Up to 3 dots of specialty can be bought for each seperate craft though.
-So you could have 4 in craft, and 3 points of specialty in say Jewlery and Armorer.  Only up to 3 points of bonus from specialties will apply to one roll though.
