The first step into shifting dreams is to understand - to remember. The Lunar with this Charm is always able to remember his dreams in painstaking detail and even exert some control over their landscape (a Manipulation+Craft(Glamour) roll with a difficulty based on the intensity of the dream.) This ability cannot be used if external factors are at work in the dream (such as messages from Gods or memories of the First Age given by the Lunar's Exaltation.)
The Lunar is also more resistance to faerie magic, adding his Craft score to the trait minimum needed to resist Glamour. The Lunar can also choose to be affected by Glamour effects whenever she wishes - to understand Dreams is to accept them for their unreal state instead of acting in them as one would in the awakened world.

As the Exalted of change the Lunars can shape the form of their dreams to their whims. The Lunar with this Charm becomes the master of her dreamscape and no outside influence may catch her unaware within this sanctuary. Her dreams can become staged to be grand and beautiful - some Lunars who possess this Charm command a fortune in Dreamstones, although most find that a demeaning use for such a sacred skill.
Learning this Charm allows the Lunar to take Shaping Actions in her dreams as if a Fair Folk on the Wyld - her Virtues become as their respective Graces for this purpose. This includes dreamscapes that are not all her own such as those created by the Celestial Circle Spell Unity of Dreams and the Raksha Charm Soul-Carving Artifice. All those who attempted to fight the Lunar in those Dreamscapes are at an Enviromental Difficulty equal to the Lunar's Craft(Glamour).
A character with this Charm cannot possess the Nightmares Flaw.

The mind of a Lunar Dream-Mistress is a Fortress, holding the everchanging infinity of her own soul. Enacting this Charm the Lunar allows her eyes to become windows to her soul in the form of a cascade of infinite sapphire fractals, ever-changing, breaking down all Form into mere Understanding. The Lunar can activate this Charm to protect herself against any attempt to place an effect that creates an Image in her mind - be it in the form of an implanted Dream, Linguistics Charms or a Social Attack that takes the shape of an glyph described in light. This Charm also protects the Lunar against any attempts to extract Images from her mind in the shape of Dreams or Memories or any other. All such attempts fail outright. This is a Perfect Defense.
Dream-Stepping Method

Prerequisite Charms: Harmony of Dreams Technique
This Charm allows the character to appear into the dreams of any character with whom she shares her Essence, her Hopes, her Dreams. Those are his Kin. The Kin has to be dreaming for the Lunar to use this Charm successfully, although a failed use of it will tell the Lunar they are not - if they are, however, the Lunar may appear in their dreams, able to watch them or to talk to the Kin as long as she wishes. The Lunar may use all manner of Social charms in the dream. There is no time limit for their talk, although it may be cut short by unforeseen circumstances - in a dream a moment may be an eternity and an eternity a moment.
Should the conversation be extremely pleasant the Kin receives +1 success to his daily Conviction roll to recover Willpower - but should the conversation take a turn for the violent the Kin loses a single success on this roll instead. When the Kin wakes up they need at least one success on a Wits+Lore roll to remember the dream. Three successes gives perfect recall.

Silver Heart Bridge
Cost: 20 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 4
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Dream-Stepping Method
Walking into an ordinary corner and out of a bridge of pure Moonlight the Lunar can do more than appear in another's dream - he is able to physically take himself there, and to appear at their side when they awaken. This Charm must be used on another the Lunar is Kin to and can be used no matter how far the Kin is to the Lunar as long as they are still in the same plane of existence (such as Creation, Underworld or Heaven) and able to receive the Lunars dreams.
Dream-Catching Gesture
Cost: 10 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Harmony of Dreams Technique
With a touch a Lunar can walk with their inner self like a totemic guide and delve into another's Essence and Hopes, glimpsing intricacies of her target's Dreams. Enacting this Charm requires a Manipulation+Investigation roll with a Difficulty equal to the target's Essence score. One success is enough to glimpse fleeting dreams with tell about the target's upbringing, likes and dislikes. Three successses are enough to glimpse important dreams which give a good idea of the target's hopes, goals and aspirations, as well as his most important social connections. Five successes or more gives the Lunar glimpses on dreams that show the victim's greatest loves, secrets, desires brightest and darkest moments. The Lunar can only glimpse a number of dreams per use of this Charm equal to her Essence score.
The Storyteller is encouraged to describe the details of the dream and allow the Lunar to interpret them rather than give information the Lunar would have learned. Should a Lunar glimpse the dreams of a character with the Nightmares Flaw (or other similar conditions) she must roll her Valor, Difficulty 2, or lose 2 Willpower as she attempts to cope with the terrifying images.
A Lunar with Tales to Luna's Light can show the dreams glimpsed to others in perfect detail. Those dreams can also be placed in Dreamstones.
Silver-Sands Gift
Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Dream-Catching Gesture
Filing the palm of her hand with a maelstrom of shining silver sands the Lunar crafts a dream. The Lunar then makes the Dream Roll which is a Manipulation+Craft(Glamour) roll at a difficulty (5-minus the number of hours spent in its creation) to craft the Dream.
One success is enough to create a dream of warning or a message - something of definite significance to the target that will be remembered fully when she awakens. Three successes are enough to create dreams that overwhelm the target one way or another - terrible nightmares deny the target the daily Conviction roll to regain Essence, and dreams of bliss convert all of its dice into automatic successes. Five successes are incredible epiphanies or terrible nightmares - the target recovers all Willpower or loses the Lunar's Essence in Willpower. If Five-successes dreams are used to convey a message the target will be compelled to follow it unless he spends 1 willpower to break this compulsion!
The Lunar must then implant the dream into another's soul through eye contact with a Manipulation+Larceny roll at a Difficulty equal to the target's Essence score. The Lunar can also give another dreams she took with the use of Dream-Catching Gesture. The Storyteller is the arbiter of their quality in this case.
The target implanted with a dream with this Charm will dream it when she next sleeps. Those dreams can also be placed in Dreamstones.
Artful Binding Words
Cost: 4 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Silver-Sands Gift
The Lunar whispers to another whom she has gifted with a dream and speaks a word she will not remember. That word is a trigger to the dream - it will not manifest when the target next sleeps but when this trigger comes to pass. It can be any circumstance the Lunar can name, but the dream will expire after (the Lunar's Essence) Seasons.
Dreamwalker Stance
Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Variable
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Silver-Sands Gift, Sapphire Infinity Aegis, Dream-Stepping Method
Touching the third eye of a sleeping subject the Lunar spreads it into a bridge of moonlight between the awakened world and the mind of the dreamer. The Lunar rolls Manipulation+Socialize to open it with a Difficulty equal to the subject's Essence (or 1 in the case of Celestial Exalted) and if successful the Lunar may step into the subject's dream. As long as she is inside the Dream she can watch it unfold, speak in deep words the subject will remember upon awakening for the cost of 1 Willpower or substitute the subject's dreams with her own with the use of Silver-Sands Gift. If the Lunar possesses Graces she can attempt to use Shaping Combat within the subject's dreams as if they were the Wyld.
Unless the subject is a lucid dreamer she cannot fight against the Lunar unless she pays 1 willpower per such attempt - and even those have pools equal to her Willpower, no matter what she attempts. The Lunar can exit the subject's mind at any time, walking out at her side - or, out at the side of any being that shares the subject's dreams. This application ignores all distances - even if the subject is talking with the Yozi in her dreams the Lunar will just walk out of the Ebon Dragon's shadow or She Who Lives in Her Name's Spheres in Malfeas.
The subject cannot awaken of her own volition while the Lunar remains in her dreams, but might be awoken by direct intervention of outside beings. Should that happen the Lunar rolls her Willpower with a Difficulty equal to the subject's Essence - if she suceeds she appears at the subject's side, stunned. If she fails she is stuck inside the subject's mind until next she sleeps.
Thorn of Dreams and Nightmares
Cost: 8 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 4
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Harmony of Dreams Technique
Inside every Lunar, there is a spark of untamed, mad wyld. It roars and rages, and they do their best to maintain their shape and sanity despite it. But those able to understand the madness in their dreams can tame the madness within themselves with similar ease, allowing great power to flow from the insanity within. The Thorn of Dreams and Nightmares is its most direct expression as the Lunar pulls this shadow of insanity fromwithin her very soul and manifests it as a weapon of pure chaotic essence.
This weapon is always changing as it shifts through all colors - the Lunar is in control of this change and can always deal Bashing or Lethal Damage with this weapon as she prefers. Its weapon statistics are created by the Lunar with a number of points equal to twice her Manipulation score to be allocated to each statistic (Speed and Damage receive +2 to their statistic per point allocated to them.) The weapon has a fixed Rate statistic equal to the Lunar's Essence score.
The Thorn of Dreams and Nightmares warps all shaped beings it touches - it deals Aggravated Damage against any beings native to Creation. It shines like a mad sunset of ever-shifting colors that changes shapes on the Lunar's whim, and as such it is very hard to predict - increase the Difficulty of all Parries and Dodges made against it by 1.
Beach of Nothingness Prana
Cost: 10 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 5
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Thorn of Dreams and Nightmares
Sinking the Thorn of Dreams and Nightmares into the ground, the Lunar turns away the face of the Silver Lady, letting the Chaos harvested from his own soul wash over the landscape, twisting it, bringing dreams to life and nightmares out of the shadows. The Lunar must have his Thorn of Dreams and Nightmares active to activate this Charm - and doing so ends the Thorn and frees all commitment to that Charm, which may not be activated again while Beach of Nothingness Prana is in effect.
For the remainder of the scene the Lunar loses the use of the Thorn, but an area equal to (The Lunar's Essence x30) yards in radius sinks one level into the Wyld for the remainder of the scene. Areas of pure Creation become Bordermarches, no matter how deeply into Creation they are. All taint disappears at the end of the scene, but until then it works as a waypoint, creatures may mutate, raksha charms may be used, and everyone within those bounds adds one die to their stunts.
The Lunar may also spend 2 Willpower to create his Essence in Gossamer within it which he owns.
Dream Treasure Understanding
Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Harmony of Dreams Technique
What is a cult but a miserable little pile of secrets? Prayer is Hopes and Dreams whispered by mankind to their Gods. Most such Gods merely take those for sustenance and power - but the children of Luna are blessed with an understanding of the mad intricacies of dreams and desires that only the Wyld-Warden could give. Lunars who can enact this Charm hear not Essence and Will but the beautificsong of dreams and aspirations cast to Heaven.
To enact this Charm the Lunar pulls Quintessence to her until it becomes so thick as to be visible in a most exhuberant display of lights and rolls Perception+Compassion. Each success represents one level of the Cult Background she is able to understand - if she possesses more Cult than the successes rolled she must choose a single province where her understanding is effective. The Lunar can dictate a result lower than her successes on purpose to narrow her perceptions. Success in this roll gives the Lunar a general feel of her Cult's hopes and desires as well as a number of secrets and wishes they would pray for equal to the successes rolled above and beyond the Lunar's Cult rating.
When this Charm is activated the Lunar automatically hears the petitions from successful Prayer Rolls.
This Charm can be activated whenever the Lunar meets face-to-face with a worshipper. With a single success on the roll she will know the worshipper's name and the most important things said worshipper has ever prayed to her for. The Lunar can also enact this Charm to be able to tell at a glance all those who worship her.
Silver-Sands Stream
Cost: 10 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Night
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 4
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Dream Treasure Understanding, Silver-Sands Gift
Under the Moonlight the Lunar's Cult sleeps with their faith in her most august existence. Inverting the principles of worship the Lunar is able to give all those who have given their prayers for her the day before a divine pronouncement in the shape of a most glorious dreams! The Lunar creates a dream as per Silver-Sands Gift and it is shared by all of her Cult at this night - they all receive the dream without the need for a roll.
The Lunar can also use Social Charms through the Dream as if they could all see and hear her.
The Lunar may place a specific criteria in those who will receive the dreams: based on gender, age, social class or whatever other category the Lunar can conjure. This requires a more delicate crafting and increases the difficulty of the difficulty of the Dream Roll by 1.
Irisdescent Diamond Raiment
Cost: None
Duration: Permanent
Type: Special
Minimum Manipulation: 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Dream Treasure Understanding
Lunars with this Charm learn how to distill Quintessence in the most efficient and reinvigorating ways! Pulling offered Quintessence from the air thoughtlessly the Lunar works it into an irisdescent form pleasing to herself - such as beautiful diamonds or flowers - that break against her skin like the reinvigorating breath and echoes of her Cult's Hopes and Dreams. Henceforth the Lunar doubles the ammount of Motes and Willpower received by her Cult Background. An irisdescent crown appears at the Bonfire and Totemic flares of the Lunar's Anima and allows all who gaze upon her to divine the ammount of her Cult Background with a single success on a Wits+Occult roll.
Lunars able to command Raksha Charms may use this Charm to receive Gossamer instead of Willpower from their Cult.
Irisdescent Godbody Ascension
Cost: None
Duration: Permanent
Type: Special
Minimum Manipulation: 5
Minimum Essence: 5
Prerequisite Charms: Irisdescent Diamond Raiment
Working their refined Quintessence into their flesh the Lunar creates an idealized image of herself in the body and minds of her Cult, an image which flows from them to the Lunar's might! Choose a single Ascension Form the Lunar possesses and add a number of Mutation Points to it equal to the Lunar's Cult. This is now called his God Ascension. This shape always has the Lunar's preferred form of refined Quintessence imbedded through its flesh.
The Lunar also learns how to draw belief into reality to avoid the end of faith! When knocked down to Incapacitated or even Killed while not in his God Ascension the Lunar can spend 1 Permanent Willpower to shift to her God-Ascension - she regains (Cult x4) motes of Essence and is instantly brought to her first -2 Health Level. This act cannot be repeated until a full day has passed and drains the Cult's prayers for this interval - the Lunar loses all benefits of the Cult during it.
