This charm allows the Exalt to flicker briefly Elsewhere a few times a second, much like Shadow in the Wind, though the effect is more noticable.  Add the user's essence in bonus dice to every dodge attempt made for the remainder of the scene.  In addition, the user may dodge when mundane circumstances would dissallow a dodge.  In order to dodge a magical attack which denies a dodge, the exalt must spend 1 WP reflexively.  This charm does not create dodges, only enhance them.
