House Rules
All of these rules are for the First Edition of Exalted.
Dice Rolls
Any roll of a Ten counts twice be it for an Ability roll or a Combat Roll. This includes damage. Note, any NPC which is an 'Extra' does not get to count a Ten as two suvvesses.
Specialties
Any Ability may have a number of Specialties equal to the Characters Essence Rating. This weakens mortals but strengthens Exalts.
Misc. Alterations
Artifact Armor is reduced in background cost by 1 dot each, to a minimum of 1.
All the Time in the World
Considering a combat round is an approximate three seconds (First Edition Core book pg.227) you should typically get 3-5 rounds of prep time before most any non-surprise fight. Please keep this in mind for open Exalt vs Exalt combat. It will seriously make your day to not have to drop your 'Power Ups' mid beat-down.
