Second Editions Lunars Now Excellencies
Excellencies I, II, and III remain unchanged, except that the limits are now based on attributes instead of abilities. The First Excellency adds up to the Lunar's Attribute in dice. The Second adds up to half the Lunar's attribute in successes, rounded up. The Third allows rerolls, of course; used defensively, it adds half of the Lunar's attribute (round up) to static defense values.
Fourth (Attribute) Excellency: Essence Transforming
Cost: 1m per success; Mins: Essence 1; Type: Reflexive.
Keywords: Combo-OK
Duration: Instant
Prerequisites: None
- For one mote, a Lunar may convert one die in a dice pool into a success. This die is not rolled with the rest of the pool. A Lunar may convert a number of successes equal to his attribute.
Fifth (Attribute) Excellency: Essence Sustaining
Cost: 1w + 3m per die; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Simple.
Keywords: None

- For a cost of one willpower and three motes per die, a Lunar may add a die to all dice pools for a given attributes for the remainder of the scene.
