A round disk of white jade and about 3 feet in width, with starmetal used to inlay a sutra of communication inscribed upon it. When activated for a cost of 10 motes the user may communicate with any other pedestal that he knows the location of. These pedestals were only set into manses, to take advantage of the connections of dragon lines through the earth.
