Racing Lightning Style in a nutshell: Racing Lightning Style seeks to emulate the speed of the thunderbolt and the power of the severed electrical cable. It's form weapons are slashing swords, short swords, lances, javelins, and their artifact equivalents: though some of it's charms may only be used with some of these weapons. It may be practiced in any armor without a mobility penalty.
