Cascading Torrent, Spirit of the Grey Falls

Cascading Torrent is the most powerful spirit, currently in Greyfalls. He has his Sanctum behind the great waterfalls of Greyfalls. Next to the waterfalls themselves, he also controls the entire Little Rock River and it is well within his power to flood the banks of the river, to cleanse them of those who oppose him. Cascading Torrent manifests as a rather big-bellied, bearded man, who leaves behind a trail of watery footprints. He is also master of the docklands and no spirit will take any action there without his permission.

Cascading Torrent leads the Spirit Court of Greyfalls.
