Prerequisite Charms:Great Works Of The (Grace), Assumption Of The Person's Heart

There comes a time when a noble accepts that they have only so much Essence to work with, and that they cannot be everywhere at once. When this happens, some nobles simply delegate their artifacts to commoners, designating handlers for their behemoths and loremasters for their spells. Others find more cunning approaches.

The character takes a Grace and implants it within a consenting mortal, although the mortal need not understand what they are accepting. Over the next day, the Grace bonds with the mortal and forms an artifact, either a work of Glamour Sorcery or a behemoth. The artifact has a rating equal to the rating of the mortal's related Virtue (for example, a mortal with Compassion 3 will produce a 3-dot glamour sorcery.) This artifact is considered to be attuned to the owner of the Grace, through the mortal; the Grace's owner's traits are used to determine the power and statistics of the artifact, but no Essence is committed, and the mortal is considered to automatically spend the time keeping the artifact intact. The artifact produced cannot be stolen, although if the donator's Grace is taken from the mortal, the artifact will dissolve into nothing over the course of one scene. The mortal has no control over this artifact.

There is a danger to this Charm, however. The raksha's Grace is now embedded in a mortal, and if that mortal is slain, the raksha loses one dot from their Grace permanently (although they can restore it with experience). Furthermore, if they are not onhand to retrieve their Grace, it could fall into the hands of an enemy. The Grace's owner may retrieve it from the mortal host at any time.

This Charm is a work of glamour, and may not affect mortals whose Stamina + Essence is greater than the raksha's Willpower.
