The fae locks eyes with her opponent, who sees in their impenetrable blackness the chaotic swirling surface of the Sea of Chaos herself. The fae rolls Appearance + Presence or Appearance + Performance (depending on how she is entrancing her opponent) vs. a difficulty of the opponent's roll of remaining Temporary Willpower + Essence. If the fae is successful, the opponent is Confused for a number of turns equal to the fae's successes on her roll, minus the opponent's successes.
