When interacting with someone or analyzing a scene the Sidereal can roll Perception + Investigation at a difficulty of the targets (Manipulation + Socialize)/2. Success means that the Sidereal can name a Attribute, Ability or Background trait of the targets they want to know the value of. If used to analyze a situation such as at a crime scene the roll is at a difficulty of the targets (Dexterity + Larceny)/2.
