The Sidereals
/SiderealCharms - Reorganized Charms
Sidereal changes get expressed in the /Celestials, /CharacterCreation, /Talents, /Backgrounds and finally their own reorganized Charm rules.
When performing Sidereal Astrology to affect an Ability, Sidereals roll that Ability. It is possible, though difficult, for Lunars and Solars to learn this form of Astrology.
Their colleges remain the same for Resplendant Destiny purposes. The same maidens are responsible for the same five, and they roll their College scores to attain Resplendant Destinies, instead of using the Ability. Only Sidereals can make use of Resplendant Destinies.
