-To cast the spell, the target must be restrained or dead, as it requires a small gem to be pressed to the targets forehead. The voice is sucked into the gem, appearing as a tiny spark inside it.  The target of the spell cannot speak for 24 hours after their voice has been sucked into the gem.
-By swallowing the gem produced by this spell, the swallower may talk with the targets voice for a week(?) and after that, may never speak in this persons voice again.
