== Char Gen ==

Step one: The game is centered around a mismatched gaggle of black sheep Dragonblooded, which means outsiders, not insiders. Heretics, mad men, iconoclasts, rebels, losers, freaks, geeks, wierdos, disobedient children, orphans, the forgotten. Square pegs for society's round holes.

Step two: Complete character creation as normal. 1e Merits and Flaws are available. Custom content is also available, providing that I OK it(And I reserve the right to say 'no', or tweak it).

Mortals are also viable concepts, if anyone gets a mad urge for one.

Step three: Drop me a PM on the forums, or AIM me(phr00twurkz)

Preludes are available for those who want them.

== House Rules ==

1: Excellencies one through three are free to essence users of any sort. At Ability dot 1, you recieve the First Excellency for free. At Ability dot 3, the second Excellency. At dot 5, the Third Excellency. So.. Melee 1 equals the first Melee Excellency. Melee three equals the second excellency. Melee five means you have them all, no exp or freebie cost.

2: Initiation into a rank above your own applies to Necromancy and Sorcery as well as Martial arts. While we do have a Player allready aiming for Celestial Sorcery(if niche protection is your thing), it is available.
Sorcery or Necromancy above your native level costs 15 exp each.
Additionally, the secrets of Celestial Sorcery for DBs are 'lost'. You'll have to find them in play if you want them.
3: Spirit charms can be purchased by any essence user(even mortals) for 15 experience points. For charms not themed to your element, you do pay the elemental surcharge on them.
Spirit charms must be learned in play, from a mentor. Additionally, the Immaculate order has a negative, extremely negative, opinion of people wit spirit charms. Extremely negative.

4: Creation does not possess a horizon, goddamnit. You can see the Imperial Mountain from anywhere, if you've got a clear line of sight and weather conditions permit.

== WARNING! ==

Cannon fanatics will be dissapointed. I intend to play fast and loose with whats 'official'.
