Moras

Moras is a pirate captain along the river running Northeast from Sijan and its tributaries. Not known for his bloodthirst, he is known for his "winning attitude" and relentlessness.
Formerly a deck hand, since his Exaltation Moras has struck out "on his own," with his own crew on his own ship, the Wylding Crest. (Well, it's his now.) His assaults on Realm trade vessels are almost coup-like; an initial martial assault, followed by an acquiesence on the part of the host crew.
OK so basically, I wanted to make a sailing Zenith, so I did.

Expanded Backgrounds

Artifact: Dawn and Dusk are a pair of orichalcum tiger-claws. Moras keeps them in his cabin and avoids using them (his crew is yet unaware of the fact that he's a Solar), but has and will in a pinch.

Followers: Moras has a loyal crew of about 15 sailors. He makes a point not to discriminate between the sexes; his sister was a fine sailor, and never taken as crew because of her figure.

Influence: Moras has made a small name for himeslf in the port towns where the victims of the Wylding Crest put in. He is known to local merchant sailors and those that would have them pilfered.
