The Fae-Blooded are an example of the most common way (for all but the least Fair Folk) that the Fair Ones influence Creation. The two most common types of changeling are the offspring of Wyld Beasts and Common Fair Folk, although it should be noted that in this system both types of Wyld-inhabitant are considerably more powerful, with Wyld Beasts ranging between the power of an Experienced (essence 3-4) Dragon Blooded and that of an Elder Celestial Circle (3-5 Exalts with Essence 5-6) and a Commoner's power ranging between that of a starting level Dragon Blooded and an Experienced Celestial Circle or single Elder Celestial Exalt. It is also much rarer for Wyld-Beasts to grow significantly in power except by becoming older and therefore slowly more powerful, while commoners can increase in power very quickly through becoming involved in interesting stories, although this is not a trait which either notably pass on to their children.

Changelings

The Powers passed down to the Changelings by their sires are myriad, defying understanding or categorization by the most learned of the scholars of creation, however to make them playable they may be simplified into three essential groups of powers (in the case of Commoners and Wyld-Beasts), these are Arts (Changeling Magic), Clokes (Mutations & Mutation-like powers) and Manifestations (Individual traits passed on by their sires, far more common amongst the children of Wyld-Beasts), each will be explained more fully below.
