* Nellens Kagachi - The first Dragon-Blooded I ever built.  She first appeared before the book even came out actually, complete with homebrewed Thrown Charms and whatnot.  Since then, she is now a defined sorceress, Elemental Bolt-slinger, and general rebel in her family.  Has shown up a couple times in games I've ran even.  Fun girl really.
