Make Heroic Exalted self-exalting based on Philosophy - that way they can be Faction-based.
Sections should be layed out in the following fashion: ||Introduction ||Most likely a story or narrative description that sets the feel || ||Description ||Describes what something does || ||Rules ||How the thing works || ||References ||Where this is derived from ||
