Holy Warrior Style
The Celestial Exalted are called to be paragons of Righteousness. The Dragon-Blooded that ascend to the Bulb of the Perfected Lotus should also walk a path of Holiness. The Holy Warrior Practitioner is steadfast of heart and strong in faith. Her weapon is a tool for smiting the wicked and unjust. The style is twofold; each charm has direct effects on foes that wish to bring the practitioner down, though they may not be Creatures of Darkness. The other set of effects each Charm contains are things that harm the Unholy and Dark. This style favors the Virtuous, and while high Virtues are not required, may help.
Holy Warrior Style treats attacks made with the straight sword, the Daiklave, the polearm and the Daikalbar, the spear and the Dire Lance as form weapons. It may be practiced in armor up to medium weight.
Complementary Abilities: The Righteous Soldier is trained in strength of body and skill with weapons. Most Righteous Soldier Stylists have two dots of Melee and Integrity.

Holy Fury
Shadows fear to stand in the light and the brightness of Heaven burns away the evils of Darkness. All those who behold the Martial Artist know that she fights with the authority of Heaven, and her path is the right one. Until her next action, all ordinary foes fall back in fear as her anima flares and her caste mark blazes, lined with golden glory regardless of Exalt type. All attacks suffer a –1 external penalty. Creatures of Darkness that oppose her suffer an external penalty equal to her Conviction. While a Demon Lord may not be unnerved by her show of faith, the blinding light will distract him.

The Holy Warriro is an unshakeable pillar of holy strength. The blows of the unjust cannot harm her. Against a normal opponent, she may turn aside lethal blows barehanded and without a stunt and adds her Temperance to the soak of her choice. This may not be changed after she has chosen. Against a Creature of Darkness, she adds [Temperance x 2] to all soaks, and Temperance to Hardness.

Invocation of the Steadfast Heart
The Holy Warrior stylist is a selfless paragon, willing to give her very life for her cause and comrades. If anything on the battlefield to which she has an Intimacy is threatened, as long as she is within (Compassion + Essence) yards of it, she may move to its defense. Her figure blurs and she moves faster than thought to the defense of her love. The Martial Artist becomes target of the attack, and may defend against it as normal. If a creature of Darkness makes the attack, she adds her compassion to her DV.

No Greater Love, Unveiled Glory
The Holy Warrior performs a clean, fluid kata expressing her faith and power. Her anima seeps from her body and wraps around her in a protective and guiding mantle. Against ordinary foes, she gains the basic effects of Unveiled Glory and Invocation of the Steadfast Heart. Against Creatures of Darkness, she gains the damage increase from Holy Fury and the soak provided by Invocation of the Steadfast Heart. Using these Charms while the Form is active costs 1 mote less, and the effects stack. For one mote, the Martial Artist may turn the damage of attacks against a creature of Darkness from Lethal or Bashing to Aggravated.

Holy Warrior Form
Only the foolish attack the truly righteous and Heaven responds in accord. Against ordinary foes who strike her, she may lash out with a counterattack at her full Dex + Martial Arts pool. Against Creatures of Darkness, her blade explodes into flames, searing through defenses. The counterattack is both undodgeable and unparryable. A counterattack cannot be used in response to any other counterattack Charms.

Divine Retribution
With a moment of focus, the Martial Artist mediates upon justice and righteousness and finds solace in his cause. He removes all penalties to his Martial Arts attacks by his Martial Arts. Defense Values and Flurrying do not count as penalties.
Against Creatures of Darkness, any dice left over after penalties are added to attacks. These additional dice do not count toward the dice he can add this action.
Chen Minxia, holy solider of the Dawn Caste is fighting Gervesin, Second Circle Demon. He has wounded her badly, and she is suffering a –2 wound penalty, on top of a magically imposed –1 external penalty. This is a total of 3 dice worth of penalties. Chen has Martial Arts 5, so when she retaliates against Gervesin, she adds two dice to her attacks.

The Righteous are guarded by their faith and the blows of the wicked are nothing against their holy defenses. Against ordinary opponents, she may apply her full Martial Arts Parry DV against a normally inapplicable attack. This does not save her from Undodgeable attacks. Against a Creature of Darkness, this provides a truly perfect defense that takes on a Flaw of Invulnerability as appropriate to the Exalt type. A DragonBlooded’s Flaw of Invulnerability should match the conditions provided by Unassailable Body of [Element] Defense.

Blessing of the Righteous Heart
The Martial Artist takes a long slow breath and offers a prayer to whatever is closest to her heart. The paths of righteousness and holiness open before her, causing lilies to sprout and blossom suddenly about her feet. This happens anywhere, regardless of how unlikely lilies are to grow. When she opens her eyes golden lines of Essence trail out from her, extending in all directions. These are the countless paths she could follow, in order to fulfill her Holy duty. Those that step into her line of sight have their sins exposed to the holy Martial Artist. Against ordinary opponents this gives her +1 MDV against them—for she knows their transgressions. She instinctively knows if there are any Creatures of Darkness within (Essence x 10 yards).
Against Creatures of Darkness, she sees the blackness of their hearts and cannot be swayed by their temptations. She adds her Essence to her MDV instead. Against the forces of Death and Hell that attempt to make unanticipated attacks, treat them as though they were anticipated. For Creatures of Darkness, reestablishing surprise is impossible.

Walk the Holy Path
The Martial Artist raises her palm and expends the Essence, her anima blazing into full totemic effect as a swirl of Essence appears upon her hand. It forms into a burning brand, a symbol that is unique to the character’s own personality. She announces to the entire world that her opponent is unjust and wicked and lays his sins bare. Then she must touch him. Usually, this requires a successful Dexterity + Marital Arts roll. A successful touch brands the target with her personal sigil, and for a brief moment he is wracked with pain as the Essence burns itself upon his skin. For the rest of the scene, the target is considered a Creature of Darkness for the purposes of all Holy Charms. The Martial Artist gains one automatic success against her targets. All Named Guilty are considered to be the same type for Spark Ignites the Conflagration (Scroll of the Monk pp #). If the Martial Artist activates Naming the Guilty while Walk the Holy Path is active, she adds her Essence in automatic successes to brand her target. If the form is active, ignore the willpower cost. If both are active, the effects stack.
