Backstory: V'Neef Mist was the patrician wife of a Realm Dragonblood in the Northwest, and lived with her husband, who helped to grow and sell wine for the house. When out praying for a child, she ran across a battle between a Sidereal Exalt and a second circle demon, and sealed a poorly-thought oath on the demon's part, Exalting. The demon fled as a result, and Mist and the Sidereal talked. Fortunately for her, he was of the Gold Faction, and he convinced her that she could not hide her new nature from her husband; leaving him a note, she fled south, hiring on as a god-blooded thaumaturge on a southbound ship.
Eventually, Mist began using Stormwind Rider to island-hop southwards, eventually reaching the Southwest. There, she first met Penumbro and then was attacked by a barbarian tribe; when Akee Sambo saved her and Exalted, she travelled with the two to Zeretan...

Expanded Backgrounds: <br>
Artifacts: Didi's Seven-jeweled fans are orichalcum war fans. When opened, they can either be opened as normal, but ornate, fans, or as orichalcum and steel war fans. They were the weapons she used in the First Age. Two war fans are an Artifact 3 set.<br>

Didi also owns orichalcum hearthstone bracers and a set of silken armour.<br>

Allies: Didi has two allies (although she doesn't entirely know it, yet). The Sidereal that she saved is currently in the Southwest, and stops by occasionally to help out. More impressive, but less commonly, Leviathan has detected the rebirth of his wife from the first age, and is quietly keeping the occasional eye on her (it was he who got her first age equipment to her, without her knowing he did it). While he will keep his assistance rare, if it comes, it will be impressive.<br>

Library: Didi has gained access to an old magical spellbook, which connects to a library of unknown origin. There is a chance that, when studied, it will contain a spell that she can learn (as though from any other spellbook). The book almost exclusively contains Terrestrial spells, but a handful of Celestial might be found with study. (Didi can roll her Library at difficulty 1 for Terrestrial spells or 3 for Celestial spells, to see if she can learn them).<br>

???: Didi's player doesn't want to know whether her husband, when he catches up with her, will be a friend or an enemy. If he's a friend, this background dot will become another dot of ally. Otherwise, she'll pick up a dot or two of Enemy and this will be some other background. :)
