Breaker of Souls is a long, wicked and jagged Reaver of dark metals.  The souls of 5 completely innocent people, raised specifically for the making of this weapon, moan and scream whenever the blade is pulled from its sheath of worked ebony.  A handle made of a flawless mix of bone and soulsteel curves slightly at the bottom tip, the grip firm for its master.

This weapon, wielded by Champion of Eternity's Peace has powers beyond being a deadly blade in his expert hands.  Anyone struck by its damned touch will lose a point of willpower regardless of wether any damage was inflicted or not on top of any essence drain that might occur.  Should someone fall to zero WP as a result of this they become suggestable to the Exalt, who can command them with the same considerations and restrictions found for the Soul-Flaying Gaze presence charm.
