== History ==
:A thief and sometimes assassin in Gem, Silhouette was Exalted when one of his victims came back after him as a Ghost.  He defeated the ghost with his newfound powers, and fled the city.  After brief stops in the Lap, and Paragon, he settled into Chiaroscuro to make his living.  Just in time for the Wyld Hunt to find him.  He killed two of their number, both Immaculates.  In the confusion, he was approached by a Gold Faction Sidereal.  Unfortnately for the Sidereal, his words triggered a memory for Silhouette, who was slain by the last incarnation of the Essence shard in the young Chosen of Endings.  Silhouette slew him, taking his armor and his spell workbooks, and fleeing the city.  This time, he determined, he would go somewhere large enough to hide in, and big enough for his considerable talents as an assassin.  Nexus.  By experimenting with the Sidereal's notes, he managed to summon up a Firmin, and coerce it into making blades for him.  These glittering black blades have become his trademark and his calling card, in the streets of Nexus.

Silhouette has a set of Crimson Armor of the Unseen Assassin that belonged to the Gold Faction sidereal who came to recruit him.  Since the sidereal no longer has a use for it ...

<b>Resources:</b><br>
Silhouette has almost half his total wealth in cash (jade and Silver), at any one time, either on his person, or secreted about in various places in the area.  The remainder is tied up Guild Letters of Credit, in case has to leave Nexus as quickly as he fled Gem, or Chiaroscuro.

<b>Contacts:</b>
Silhouette's major contact is one of the messengers who relays edits from the Council to the scribes, so he can keep abreast of new laws and regulations.  He has a few minor contacts scattered around the city.

<b>Influence:</b>
Despite his attempts at secrecy, Silhouette has begun to make a name for himself.  He's woked for the Council of Entities a few times, and has made a bit of a reputation for himself.  Certainly nothing too impressive, but a word from the Silhouette does carry some weight.
