Born on the great plains of the Merican Alliance territories Laughing Latrani was born to a barbarian tribe in the area known as the Chawnee.  By his people he was raised to be a humble protector with no real want for the material beyond what was needed to survive. However his master through violence and beatings instilled a Lunar Superiority which didn't take so well but is still there.  Currently traveling with a mixed Circle, Latrani or the Laughing Coyote tries to find his place in the world while being tugged in every possible direction by those around him.
