Research Assistant Evocation

This empowers a group of people to assist you in some Lore task by granting them 1 bonus pip of Lore and a 3 die specialty in whatever you are doing. Effectively, this enables you to divide the time it takes to do the task by the number of Assistants +1. You can empower up to your Lore worth of Assistants at once.

Wise Scholar Training Technique

  • Cost: 10 motes, 2 WP
  • Duration: One Week
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Lore: 4
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Research Assistant Evocation

The Bishonen can train up to Moe * 100 scholars to a high level of skill in a week. Intelligence, Wits, and Perception rise to 3, as does their Lore and Investigation skills. They gain one 3 dice Lore or Investigation specialty. Their Temperance rises to 3.


Find the Place

  • Cost: 3 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Speech

  • Minimum Moe: 1
  • Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Bishonen Lore

The Bishonen, given a place name, can instantly identify where in the world it is and knows how to get there. Such a place name must be specific, not descriptive. 'The ruins of Xibalba' is good; 'the ruins where Raksi's old underwear is stashed' is not.

Map Restoration Method

  • Cost: 5 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Lore: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Find the Place

Given even the tiniest scrap of a map, the Bishonen can reconstruct it from that scrap. He needs something to inscribe it on.


Know the Past

At a glance, the Bishonen can recognize any historical site, knowing the most important past events to take place there.

Harem Age Anticipation Technique

  • Cost: 5 motes

  • Prerequisite Charms: Know the Past

Drawing on his past lives, the Bishonen can identify what a first age device does and how to operate it. He can also use this to try to anticipate the behavior of surviving Harem Age beings; roll Perception + Lore vs. the Moe of the survivor; the more successes, the more understanding of how they act and respond to things.

Lawyer's Instincts

  • Type: Re-Fun

This charm can be used to tell if some action is legal in your current jurisdiction. It automatically kicks in to warn you if you are about to break the law without knowing it.

Precedent Barrage

  • Cost: 3 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Subtle/Mental
  • Minimum Lore: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Lawyer's Instincts

You deluge a foe with precedents for what you want to argue. Reduce the difficulty of any roll related to the law or government by your Lore.


Self-Authorship

  • Cost: 5 motes, 1 WP
  • Duration: One Day
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Lore: 2
  • Minimum Moe: 1
  • Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Bishonen Lore

The Bishonen seizes the reins of his own destiny in the narratively-controlled chaos of Oniboshi, home of the Alien Princes and Princesses. He cannot be effected by any sort of Shaping Combat or environmental mutation in Oniboshi, nor can his possessions or steed be affected. This will not prevent some giant monstrosity summoned with Shaping from eating you, though.


Supporting Cast Protection Method

  • Cost: 10 motes, 1 WP
  • Duration: One Day
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Lore: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Bishonen Lore

By the force of his will, the Bishonen can protect up to his Moe worth of allies from the effects of Shaping Combat and the Oniboshi environmental mutational effects. This doesn't prevent ravenous thunder-beasts eating everyone, though.


Stage Setting Technique

  • Cost: 10 motes, 1 WP
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Lore: 4
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Bishonen Lore

Mustering his will, the Bishonen imposes his vision over the Waypoint he is currently in. He rolls Wits + Lore; it takes only one success to reshape an unclaimed waypoint, though more successes = fancier reshaping. Claimed waypoints trigger a Shaping Contest between the owner and the Bishonen. He rolls Wits + Lore; the owner rolls whatever combo he normally uses for Shaping. The contest continues until one or the other scores 5 more successes than the other.

Things created in a shaped waypoint dissolve once taken out of Oniboshi, unless the Bishonen possesses the proper skills to forge them to a permanent form.


Forge Gossamer

  • Cost: 10+ motes, 1 WP
  • Duration: One Hour
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Craft: 5
  • Minimum Lore: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Stage Setting Technique

The Bishonen knows how to craft Gossamer from his own store of Motes. This must be done inside a shaped zone of Oniboshi, or it will dissolve before it is finished. This takes an hour; he can create up to his Moe worth of Gossamer at a cost of 10 motes per strand created.
