Character Description
The bastard son of an elder Sidereal by a patrician of the Realm, Ikari grew up with strange powers that he could not easily comprehend. Rather than be used by his family as a pawn as he foresaw, he chose instead to leave the Realm and make his living in the Threshold. He met Ledaal Vir on one of that hero’s journeys, and has served him as adviser and confidant ever since.
Ikari appears as a twinkle-eyed old man with a long white beard. He prefers white robes to accentuate his healthy complexion and to mark him out from the crowd. In the prince’s court he bears an ivory wand of office to indicate his role as court astrologer.
He is rather social and somewhat of a meddler and a busybody. While his travels have broadened his mind in terms of cultural matters, he is ultimately a traditionalist; he has no knack for lateral thinking and "outside-the-box" solutions. His attitude toward the future has grown somewhat fatalistic of late, for he is old, without kith or kin, and his powers of divination are of little use against the demons that haunt the countryside.

As a known adviser to the prince of Tul Tuin, Ikari can draw upon the kingdom's resources and easily obtain the co-operation of its citizens.

Ikari receives a stipend from the exchequer of Tul Tuin.

Ikari has attuned to the Tower of Winds, and may draw upon its Essence while within the palace walls. He has no Hearthstone, however, as it is in the hands of the prince, Ledaal Vir.
