Why focus on brawl? Wouldn't Melee make much more sense, what with the obvious focus on swords, as well as the theme of the charms? You've got things like a parry (melee, not brawl, if you plan to parry lethal, which you do, as you're parrying death), as well as a metal storm, andd even a blade of the battle maiden. Even the live-severing blow must be severing with something. I mean, it's been a long time since I've seen a rope severed with a hand.
